Nathan Weber was employed at the head office of Lambda Power during my tenure as the CFO, and later when I was promoted to President. During this time, and as Director of Finance, Nathan reported directly to me and supported my activities in both the financial and general management functions of the business.
During the years Nathan and I worked together, we were engaged in significant actions to improve Lambda Power and turnaround a generally underperforming business. This was a very challenging time for the entire management team. During this period, we were able to improve profitability from a loss position to more than 5% return on sales (which is one of the top performance levels in power supply industry), and we improved our cash management to achieve company best profit-to-cash conversion ratios.

Throughout this time I have worked closely with Nathan and have gotten to know him both personally and professionally. I highly recommend him and personally vouch for his skills and his dedication to providing high quality work. His personal integrity will not allow him to provide anything less.
Throughout Nathan’s tenure with RGL he received employment evaluations at the highest levels in the firm. He progressed rapidly and received promotions ahead of most of contemporaries. Nathan mastered the requirements for each position and excelled at delegation & coaching, communication, business development, forensic & analytical skills, practice management, and professionalism.
I came to count on Nathan’s ability to take on any task or project that was assigned to us and to complete the requirements of the assignment on time and with the highest quality work and professionalism. This ability allowed me to focus on other areas of the practice knowing that our clients would always receive the service and information they needed.
Nathan left RGL to pursue other opportunities in finance and accounting that were presented to him. Unfortunately for me and RGL, economic and competitive conditions did not favour us the last few years and we were not able to provide a stable enough environment to keep Nathan. Should the opportunity present itself in the future, Nathan is eligible for re-hire at RGL and I would encourage the firm to seriously consider his reemployment.
