Our accounting team members focus on your day-to-day accounting functions and needs. These functions commonly include managing accounts receivable and collections, bill entry and accounts payable management, invoicing, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll processing, cash flow management, and a variety of other routine accounting tasks. We handle the accounting so you can focus on running and growing your business.

For larger or more sophisticated clients, we offer more experienced accountants at the Controller level. Our Controllers have decades of experience as in-house accountants and as consultants. Many have “Big-4” or national CPA firm experience as well. Our Controllers collaborate with other members of the Weber | CFO accounting team, as well as business owners to oversee, manage, and ensure the overall success of the engagement. Controllers also work directly with our principal CFO to streamline ongoing accounting processes, produce financial statements and tailored performance metrics, as well as all financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions such as budgeting and forecasting.

Consulting CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

As the President and Founder of Weber | CFO I act as the principal CFO resource to all clients as needed and appropriate. Although I can handle most any accounting matter, my focus is strategic vision and advisory, coupled with in-depth financial planning and analysis for business owners. I began my financial career as a Deloitte CPA, followed by nearly ten years performing business valuations and forensic accounting work. I began my corporate finance career at a large public company as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). After helping manage a successful public company divestiture, I continued in corporate finance as a CFO for large and middle-market private sector companies. My corporate finance career continued progressing towards smaller organizations where I felt more impactful, a transition that led me to starting my own consulting firm in 2013. With over 30 years of diverse financial experience, I am able to serve and advise clients of all sizes and complexity in all areas of business.
